Running out of Steam

Last night was cut copy.

I think I'm getting too old to go to shows to be pushed around by people who feel the need to get UP CLOSE to their musical heroes.

It's nice to be able to see the stage and at least get a glimpse of the people I am paying to be seeing, but in the end room to breathe/dance drunkenly/flail manically sort of wins out.

I would also like to take this time to reinterate how much I dislike the crowd at Circa... and although it's a beautiful club and award winning with its designs or whatever, it is by far pretty much the most ill conceived venue on earth. They should stop having shows there. It's just not designed for that.
