bob dylan

i cannot tell you ow nice it was to be outside of valleyfield.
last night my host parents were amazing enough to drive me and my work homologue to monteal to see bob dylan.
honestly, the show was alright. but it was inside, i was sitting, it was warm, and even though it was $7 for a beer, there was beer. (and no line ups!)there were times when i was so absolutely blown away by the fact that bob dylan was standing there, singing. hes almost 80 years old. it mustn't be easy... but his voice was still the same.
there was beaucoup de monde there, and it felt really weird to be with so many people.
stylish people. people you dont find in small towns in brazil, and in valleyfield.
i wanted to be friends with everyone. but unfortunately it was a really big, middleaged anglophone who sat next to me at the concert. nicole was right when she asked why it couldnt have been a goodlooking guy. but whatever.
i miss the city so much. walking around in the freezing cold last night in montreal was honestly a feeling i cant describe.
if york continues to strike till january, i mght just stay in montreal.
